	We have started a new training series called the Implementation 101 Course. This course is for you if you're new, inexperienced, or if you're interested in sharpening your skills. The PM Marketing Implementation Course 101 on Working Leads The Reason for the course: To show you how to have fun while building your business. There are several factors leading to your success in building your Home Based Business. One of the critical factors is your ability to sponsor and teach others to do the same. Too many people make this like "work", and get disappointing results. Naturally, you will need to determine who you will reach out to. Buying leads from PM marketing/Networkleads will provide the names of people to call. Learning how to work them is important for the entire process to work. And no one ever said you couldn't enjoy the process. The goal of the course: To help you create and environment that is conducive to the sponsoring process. Again, it is to help you. All the training available in the world doesn't matter, unless you can apply it when it's necessary. Implementation Course 101 focuses on the first steps: 1) Engaging in conversations with people that are interested in what you have to say. 2) Learning what to say when they talk back. It is live and interactive and available two days per week, with Audio Archives available 24 hours a day. Role playing and your willingness to apply what works is assumed. If you're shy, or not sure of your skills, don't let that get in the way. I'll be gentle while helping you learn what you need to make it work.
